  8.     With the "recentered" SAT scores beginning in 1995 (October 1994
  9.     for the PSAT) many students, teachers, parents, and counselors
  10.     are wondering how the old scores compare with the new "recentered"
  11.     scores.   SATCON converts the old (1941-1994) SAT or PSAT scores
  12.     into the comparable new scores AND vice versa.  It has a very
  13.     complete Help file.  The program itself is fairly easy to use--
  14.     simply enter a score to convert or use the scroll bar to raise
  15.     or lower the number shown in the box.  Click on the appropriate
  16.     button for your score conversion.  Distributed free to publicize
  17.     author's VERBAL VANQUISH software for the SAT.  Like many Windows
  18.     programs, SATCON requires VBRUN300.DLL in WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
